Are your materials and workshops applicable to all types of learning?

My materials are designed for people who create training for working adults. 

If your audience consists of adults who are performing job tasks and you can identify a performance goal for the organization, my materials will probably work for you. 

If your audience consists of students who are studying for a knowledge test or any other audience that isn't performing actual tasks in a job-like setting, my materials might not apply to you. For a lot more about this, see  Does action mapping work in education?
